by next day delivery (9:00-19:00) *
* We cannot guarantee the quality of items if customers request the courier to change or delay the delivery date, or if they are unable to receive the products on the scheduled delivery date despite the courier's attempts.
Delays
We use a trusted delivery carrier; however, delays can sometimes be unavoidable. Please allow some extra time to receive your order. Parcels usually arrive by the next working day, but if you haven’t received your order, kindly let us know.

Refunds
Our return policy is valid for 5 days from the selected delivery date. If 5 days have passed since this date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Order cancellations are accepted if requested at least 2 working days before the selected delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, please email us with the reason and details of your issue. If anything fails to meet your expectations, we will review your request to determine if a refund is possible.

Once we accept the refund request, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
