Meet Our Founder
Hiromi Matsunobu, MATCHADO's founder, blends her Japanese heritage with a deep passion for matcha sweets. With family roots in Yame, Japan—renowned for its premium green tea—Hiromi grew up appreciating the rich traditions of Japanese tea. After launching her first baking business in Sydney, she founded MATCHADO in London in 2019 to share her love for authentic matcha and finely crafted sweets.
