Satén’s signature matcha, SORA, is made from carefully hand-picked tencha, grown and blended by revered Tsujiki Tea Farm 辻喜 in Uji, Kyoto. Delicate and aromatic when enjoyed straight, it creates a creamy, smooth latte when combined with milk.

Satén founder Kazuhiro Koyama named this blend “SORA” (Japanese for ‘sky’) as its rich flavour is said to spread like the sky.
