Single-origin matcha made with Saemidori & Tsuyuhikari cultivars for a perfectly balanced umami, refined aroma, gentle sweetness, and vibrant green color.
Introducing the first authentic matcha produced in Nagasaki Prefecture, crafted using Kyoto’s traditional brick furnace method. This premium, unsweetened matcha is made from the Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivars, offering a harmonious balance of vivid colour, elegant aroma, and a clean, sweet umami.
Saemidori ("clear green") is cherished for its bright hue and smooth flavor with minimal bitterness.
Tsuyuhikari contributes a refined, refreshing note, enhancing the matcha's overall profile.
Grown by Forthees, a cooperative of four young farmers from long-established tea families, this matcha is pesticide-free and nourished with their own organic fertilizer, ensuring a pure and sustainable product.
