Gorgeous and smooth with good matcha quality and flavour 💚

My family just love it... Just like being in Kyoto a year ago... To be honest, this matcha left a very pleasant impression on me. From the very first whisk, you can notice its aroma — fresh, green and refined, yet still quite expressive. It isn’t sharp or overpowering, but rather soft and clean. On the palate, I found it delicate and beautifully balanced. There’s a gentle natural sweetness, a subtle umami note and the faintest hint of grassy freshness that simply enhances its character. The texture is smooth, almost silky, making it exceptionally easy to drink. The finish is light and unobtrusive, leaving a clean sensation without any bitterness. It has character, but without excessive intensity. For me, it’s more about elegance and harmony than strength. Overall, this is a wonderfully aromatic and graceful matcha that I prefer to savour slowly, appreciating each sip.

The Yame Yabukita Matcha (Ceremonial Grade, Single Origin) from Matchacado is excellent. It’s smooth and vibrant with a really clean, fresh flavour and no harsh bitterness. You can tell it’s high quality from the colour and how well it whisks up too. A great ceremonial matcha that feels like a real treat — I’ll definitely be buying it again.
