Our matcha is specially sourced from Tsujiki, a multi-award-winning tea plantation in Uji, Kyoto. Fifth-generation Master Tea Farmer Tsuji Kiyoharu oversees every step of cultivation using centuries-old traditional methods. The tea leaves are handpicked at peak quality, steamed, and dried in a traditional tencha oven. Afterward, the stems are meticulously removed, and the leaves are stone-ground into the finest matcha powder.
How to Use Uji Matcha Sticks
Each box contains 10 x 2g matcha sticks, perfect for creating your favourite matcha beverages. Simply tear open a stick and mix with 60-70ml of hot water (70-80℃） and whisk. Simply enjoy your Matcha tea. Alternatively add your preferred milk to make Matcha latte. For a cold treat, blend with ice and milk.
